Verizon Wireless is investing in Oneida County and expanding its local coverage with a new cell site in Whitesboro. The new site improves coverage and capacity in Clark Mills, Kirkland and Westmoreland, including portions of Route 5, Route 233, County Route 23, and County Route 32.
