BALTIMORE – Recognizing that domestic violence is a serious social issue that plagues people in all walks of life, the University of Maryland, Baltimore County is taking steps to heighten awareness on campus and better educate and train students and faculty, thanks to a $25,000 grant from the Verizon Foundation and Verizon Wireless’ HopeLine program.
